Ok, We've found out whats happened to the forum and the Refresh issue, Ihad to make some changes in the servers Cache, so hopefully when it going through the motions we'll be able to post without any problems, Its just a waiting game for the site to recognise the new settings.
Hopefully before Monday and the official Lunch of the Forums it will be Completed.
